18 - Personal Statement

Please provide a personal statement between 250 and 500 words describing the following: - Your reasons for choosing the course - Your personal circumstances and reasons for needing support through the scholarship programme - Your passion for your chosen course - Describe any special attributes or accomplishments that you think make you deserving of a scholarship - Please explain how studying your chosen programme will help shape your plans after graduation. We suggest you take your time to write up your statement in a separate word processing document and then copy and paste it in the field provided below. 19 - Portfolio

*This is for students applying to study the following subjects only: - Bachelor of Community Building and Design - HND in Civil Engineering and Architecture Please send a digital portfolio showcasing your best art work or technical drawing skills to tabaxh.info@gmail.com. The portfolio could include pieces such as: - Free-hand drawings or sketches - Observational drawings and sketches - Life drawing (pencil, charcoal etc) - Collages / Montages / Mixed Media - Finished artworks - Scale models - Material experimentation / Sculpture - Spatial installations The digital portfolio must meet the following criteria: - A3 or A4 landscape or portrait format - Not more than 10mb - Maximum of 15 pages - Portfolio to be sent to tabaxh.info@gmail.com
