Despite her family’s doubts about whether a construction qualification would be a viable path for her, Haddijatou’s passion for construction has driven her to excel in this field. She has faced challenges in a male-dominated industry, but she continues to overcome them in the hopes that she could help change the narrative for women in construction.

Haddijatou dreams of starting her own construction company in the future. She wants to create a space where young, passionate women can thrive. She aspires to be a role model for women who want to join the construction industry, and she has taken the first step by pursuing a Diploma in Trowel Vocation.

In her free time, Haddijatou enjoys watching movies and practicing her makeup and hairdressing skills on her sisters.
